[ Please read the following carefully before submitting a commission form. ]
All commissions will be accepted or denied through Ko-Fi or my official commission form if you do not wish to pay in full up front. Pre-paid or free-of-charge commissions can be handled through the clients preferred form of contact. Options for communication methods include email, Discord, Twitter, or Ko-fi.When can you expect your commission?
Depending on the type, you can expect a commission to be completed anywhere from one week (emotes, simple character art) to two or three months (VRoid models). I will send updates as they come during this time.Information Needed for a commission:
The client will be expected to provide clear references (image or text) to be used for the creation of the commission. More references may be required for the creation of a character reference sheet. The client is expected to have these ready by the time they complete the commission form.What you can expect me to or not to be able to draw:
I can draw: Women, animals and animal features, chibis.
I might draw: Men, children, larger/bulkier builds, armor.
I can't/won't draw: NSFW, extreme gore, mechanical parts.
[ Terms of Service ]
The artist reserves the right to refund or cancel a given commission at any time.An artist signature will be placed on character artworks and shall not be removed. For models, emotes, etc. credit is expected and required to be placed wherever the art is being used.Revisions: The client may ask for up to 5 basic changes before line art is complete, and up to 2 afterwards. Major changes will only occur during the sketch phase.Payment: Commissions under $20 USD will be paid in full after the commission is completed. A watermarked version will be provided until the payment is made. The remainder of the commission price will be paid once the commission is completed. Commissions can be be paid in full before or after the commission is finished, or split payments may be done but must be agreed upon by both parties.Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if an order is cancelled by the artist or cancelled before work on the commission has begun. Otherwise, no refunds.ToS of Outside Sources: In the cases of Twitch emotes, or a model, the client is responsible for making sure the art they request is following the Terms of Service of the platform for intended use.AI/NFTs: Under no circumstances will the artist's work be used for NFTs or AI/AI training. If the client uses the commissioned work for or with AI/NFTs in any form, legal action will be taken. By completing the commission form the client provides proof that they have read and agree to these terms.Artist Sharing: If a commissioned work is not to be shared publicly, it mush be stated by the client. Without instructions otherwise, the artist reserves the right to share the commission to social medias or in public and private.
[ Copyright and Usage Rights ]
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. I reserve the right to share and use the created artwork in whatever way I choose such as social media posts.
My artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon and paid for. For personal use, the client is allowed to; Use the artwork on any social medias, promote themselves, claim rights to the characters in the art but not the artwork itself.Commercial rights to the artwork will always be twice the original price. If paid for and agreed upon, commercial rights would allow the client to; use the artwork on any sort of merch, edit and change the artwork, as long as the artist is still credited.If you break the copyright in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
